FastFlowUp’s SDLC Edition 2026 – Job Ready Program is a 14-day intensive pathway designed to provide selected participants with a complete, hands-on experience of the real Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), preparing them for entry-level software development roles in Bangladesh’s tech sector.

Inspired by Australia’s industry-led Job Ready Programs, the curriculum combines:

• Expert-Led Workshops covering requirement analysis, system design, development methodologies, version control, and deployment practices
• End-to-End Project Execution, where participants collaboratively planned, coded, tested, deployed, and debugged real software solutions following industry-standard SDLC phases
• Structured Reviews & Assessments, including milestone-based evaluations, sprint reviews, and final project demonstrations

Throughout the program, participants engaged in iterative development cycles, collaborative problem-solving sessions, and guided debugging workshops to reinforce real-world software engineering practices.

The program concluded with final project delivery and evaluation, validating each participant’s practical understanding of the full development lifecycle.

By the end of the program, participants achieved:
